About MI-LIFE CIM 2

The Continuous Improvement Model is a four day professional learning program for middle school, high school and alternative high school teams comprised of the principal and 2-3 staff members.  The program includes fifty hours over the course of four months: four face-to-face courses (32 hours) with intersession assignments (18 hours). Participants can earn 5 State Board Continuing Education Units (SBCEUs) upon successful completion of the program.

Working with a Coach from their ISD/RESA, the teams will explore their school’s needs using data, technology, and shared leadership skills. The fee for the program is $150 per team.
