The MI-LIFE Curriculum is aligned to standards from three resources: The Michigan School Improvement Framework, the twenty-one leadership responsibilities specifically correlated with student achievement from the McREL Balanced Leadership Framework™, and the Microsoft Education Competencies describing the full range of characteristics needed to help a school district achieve its organizational goals and vision.
